Recipe (2 large glasses or a large smoothie bowl)
- 2 frozen bananas (frozen banana gives more fluff)
- 1 tbsp Hormone Harmony superfoodmix
- 1 dl (gluten-free) oatmeal
- 1 dl frozen mango
- 1 orange
- 2 dl herbal milk
- Put all the ingredients in a blender
- Run on smoothie function (if available)
- Top with berries and nuts
- Drink and enjoy!
