Super fresh strawberry smoothie for recovery and antioxidant boost
A fresh berry smoothie to boost the energy and fill up with antioxidants .
Recipe
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup mango
- 1 banana
- 1 cm fresh turmeric
- 1/2 tbsp Berry Beautiful (for antioxidants)
- 1 tsp Hormone Harmony (for recovery and balance )
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender
- Run on smoothie programme if available)
- Drink and enjoy
