Gluten-free Pancakes with superfood

Who does not love pancakes? And even better if they are as good as healthy. Here we have given them an extra dose of nutrition with our superfood mixers Protein Power and Hormone Harmony.


  • 3 dl flour
  • 2 dl oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 4 dl oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • A little salt
  • 1 tablespoon protein power
  • 1 teaspoon hormone harmony

Do as follows:Mix all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to a smooth batter. Fry in butter. Top with whipped oatmeal, raspberries and raspberry jam.
