Ingredients Nice cream
- 1 dl pineapple
- 1 dl mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tsp Health Haven
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Ingredients Chia pudding
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 dl coconut milk
Do this
Start by adding in granola and optional berries or fruit, we chose kiwi.
Then add the chia pudding and last but not least nice cream and top with e.g. berries, nuts, seeds or granola. Enjoy!
Tip! Feel free to prepare the chia pudding the day before and leave it in the fridge overnight.
