Chia pudding with berries
Good, healthy and super simple breakfast or in between meal snack
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 dl coconut milk or your favorite milk
- 1 teaspoon Hormone Harmony or Berry Beautiful superfood mix
- Some berries, fresh spices or nuts to top with
Instructions
- Take 3 tablespoons chia seeds and mix with vegan milk and 1-2 tablespoons of superfood mix.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or overnight.
- Top with fruit, berries or nuts.
Eat and enjoy - lots of goodies.
